Visit ESCEG and RANEPA in the Historic Center of Old Havana

A delegation from the Higher School of State and Government Cadres (ESCEG) and the Russian Academy of Economy and National Public Administration (RANEPA), attached to the President of the Russian Federation, are visiting the Historic Center of Old Havana, as part of the Program of activities organized jointly, within the framework of the Course on the selection, evaluation and development of managers, which is taught in person at ESCEG from November 25 to 28, 2025, and the II edition of the Public Administration Course for RANEPA students.
