Mercedes Delgado Fernández is the Rector of the Higher School of State and Government Staff (ESCEG) since its creation. She graduated in Industrial Engineering at the Technological University of Havana "José Antonio Echeverría", CUJAE and she is a Full Professor. • Doctor of Technical Sciences in Quality Management in the Research and Development of biopharmaceutical products at the Center for Molecular Immunology. (CIM) 1997.

• Dean of the Faculty of Industrial Engineering at CUJAE, 2007-11.

• Member of the National Innovation Council.

• Coordinator of the Academic Committee of Management and Business Management of the ESCEG. • Director of the Cuban Journal of Public and Business Administration

• Member of the Commission of Scientific Degrees in the Section of Technical Sciences.

• Member of the National Court of Industrial Engineering Doctorate.

• Vice President of the Technical Committee for Standardization 128, Innovation Management. She develops research in innovation and business management, public administration, quality management, statistics for decision-making and management training. She has published more than 150 articles, a collection of 5 business management books and more than 10 book chapters. She tutored 13 doctoral theses defended and more than 60 master's theses. She has represented Cuban Higher Education in international projects, courses, events and meetings in countries such as China, Russia, Belarus, Vietnam, Germany, Spain, Bolivia, Ecuador, Mexico. Argentina, Brazil, Colombia, Panama and Honduras.

Bárbara Susana Sánchez Vignau has a degree in Scientific Information from the University of Havana and is a Full Professor.

PhD in Information Sciences and Master in Information Management in Organizations.

Director of the Scientific Information Office of the University of Havana, 1997-2008.

Professional Secretary of the Bureau of the Party of the University of Havana, 2008-2021.

Head of the Public Administration Department at ESCEG, 2012-2017.

President of the Cuban Society of Public Administration.

He develops research on Information and Communication Management and Public Administration. He has published articles and papers at congresses.

PhD thesis tutor, masters and specialty. He has participated in work projects, courses and events in Spain, Mexico, Peru, Panama, Brazil, South Korea and China representing the Cuban Higher Education.

Phd. Ana Gloria Navarro Pentón

Ana Gloria Navarro Pentón is a graduate of Law Degree at the Central University "Marta Abreu" of Las Villas. She is a Doctor in Legal Sciences and a Full Professor.

Professional experience:

(1992-2000) Professional judge of the Municipal and Provincial Courts of Cienfuegos.

(2000-2011) Professor and Legal Adviser of the Superior School of the Basic Industry.

(2011 to 2017) Professor and Legal Advisor of the Higher School of State and Government Cadres.

(2018 to date) Vice-rector of the Higher School of State and Government Cadres.

 She develops research on the international sale of merchandise and has published articles in this area of ​​knowledge.

At present she coordinates the Business Law Subject in the Diploma and in the Specialty in Business Management and Management.

Lisi Campos Chaurero, Vice-rector of the Higher School of State and Government Staff. She graduated with a degree in Accounting and Finance from the University of Havana. Master of Science in Accounting. Assistant Professor. (2005-2014) Professor of the Department of Accounting and Auditing of the Faculty of Accounting and Finance. Reserve Vice Dean of Research, Postgraduate and International Relations. (2015-2022) Head of the Department of Business Administration and Management of the Higher School of State and Government Staff (ESCEG). (2022 to present) Vice-rector who attends to the economic and administrative activity of the ESCEG. Member of the academic committee of the Diploma in Management and Business Management of the ESCEG. Coordinator of the accounting and financial management module for Public and Business Administration programs at ESCEG. Member of the Business Management Society of the National Association of Economists and Accountants of Cuba. She develops research in Identification, measurement and accounting exposure of Intellectual Capital and financial economic analysis in Cuban companies, has publications in national and international journals. She has participated in work projects, courses and events in Spain, Mexico, Honduras, Argentina, the Dominican Republic and China representing Cuban Higher Education.
