MISION OF THE SUPERIOR SCHOOL OF CADRES OF THE STATE AND OF THE GOVERNMENT

The Superior School of State and Government Cadres has the mission of providing the cadres with knowledge and skills to improve their performance in the positions; perfect management methods, styles and techniques, economic culture, respect for legality and use of information and communication technologies. In addition, it is responsible for advising methodologically the rest of the institutions authorized to develop the improvement in these issues.

For this, it has a staff of highly qualified teachers and cadres, of pedagogical, formative, research and practical application experience, which has demonstrated recognized prestige and assumes its commitment to the Revolution.
