On December 21, the virtual international workshop between the National Academy of Public Administration (NAPA) and the Higher School of State and Government Staff (ESCEG) takes place with more than 120 participants, entitled “Training in leadership and management to meet the requirements of administrative reform: Experiences of Vietnam and Cuba” with the following program:
