VIII edition of Quarry Training begins at the ESCEG

In the morning, the Higher School of State and Government Cadres (ESCEG) welcomed the participants in the VIII edition of the Quarry Training of fundamental positions of the State and the Government. The participating cadres were received by Dr.C Mercedes Delgado Fernández, rector of the ESCEG and Dr.C Adela Reyes Vidal representing the Directorate of State and Government Cadres, accompanied by directors of the institution. The program began in 2022 with a duration of six weeks, allowing for deepening knowledge and skills in management, work methods and styles, decision making and the generic competencies of the position. To date, 82 cadres have graduated from the nation's fundamental positions.
