Videoconference seminar from ESCEG with the Shanghai Institute of Management

On October 25, a videoconference is held between the Higher School of State and Government Cadres and the Shanghai Institute of Administration, increasingly strengthening the collaboration that has existed since June 2016 with the signing of the first Memorandum of Understanding for exchanges and cooperation in training, scientific research and technical assistance in public and business policies.

The activity is chaired by the Rector Dr. C. Mercedes Delgado Fernández for the ESCEG and the Vice President Dr. C. Mei Lihong for the Shanghai Institute of Administration. More than 100 representatives of institutions throughout the country have been summoned: ministries, state bodies, national entities, institutes, universities, research centers, branch schools, business groups and companies, the Mariel Special Development Zone, among other institutions. There are also representatives of the management of both institutions.

Lecture “Grassroots Social Governance Innovation Through Party Building” is given by Professor He Haibing, Deputy Director of the Department of Public Administration at the Shanghai Institute of Administration. Professor Mariano Enrique Baños González, Dean of the Faculty of Preparation of Pictures of the Superior School of the “Ñico López” Party also makes a speech, entitled “The leadership of the Party in territorial development. Experiences of Cuba ”.
