Videoconference “Dual circulation. New Economic Strategy of the People's Republic of China ”from the Institute of Ad. from Shanghai

Covered in the Continuity Memorandum of Understanding, signed on June 25, 2020, between the Higher School of State and Government Cadres of Cuba and the Shanghai Institute of Administration, the online Seminar " Dual circulation. New economic strategy of the People's Republic of China ”, an exchange attended, in addition to the main cadres of the ESCEG, representatives of global economic organizations and strategic sectors of the country.
The Conference was given by the expert Li Lu, Doctor in Economics and Associate Professor of the School of the Municipal Committee of the Shanghai Communist Party (Shanghai School of Management).
The exchange was chaired, on the Cuban side, by Dr. C. Mercedes Delgado Fernández, Rector of the ESCEG and, on the Chinese side, by Professor Mei Lihong, Rector of the homologous institution, who, in their speeches, thanked the opportunity for collaboration and agreed on actions to be developed by the parties, which complement the exchange developed this morning, among them, exchange of information on the new pattern of economic development of the People's Republic of China and publication by Professor Li Lu , from an article on the subject, in the Cuban Journal of Public and Business Administration of the ESCEG. These actions contribute to the strengthening of collaboration between institutions of the People's Republic of China and the Republic of Cuba.
