Training in Strategic Management for executives of the CIDEM company completes

The training in Strategic Management for directors of the CIDEM company of the biopharmaceutical industry reached its culmination. It was a space for debate and analysis of the levels of the strategy, strategic management models, as well as its supports to achieve its execution. It was evaluated as novel, practical and necessary in the current economic context and the need to strengthen their processes. It was taught by Professor Vivian Antúnez Saiz.
