The Training in Profiles of Competencies for directors of cadres of the Business Groups and the Central Organ of the agricultural sector of the country advances with excellent results, given by teachers from the ESCEG.

With the participation of the directors of cadres of the Business Groups and of the Central Organ of the agricultural sector of the country, training sessions to define the profiles of the cadres of the sector. This preparation and improvement activity is part of the approved tasks in the Plan of 63 Measures to promote agricultural activity. The exchange is led by Dr. C Mercedes Delgado Fernández, Rector of the ESCEG, who serves as the main teacher of the training. The determination of competence profiles is an activity of high importance for the successful development of organizations and is referred to in the Presidential Decree on the Work System with Tables.
