Today concludes a cycle of online seminars on "Digital transformation for governance" with the Russian Academy of Economics and National Public Administration (RANEPA)

With the delivery of 4 seminars, by academics and experts from the Russian Academy of Economics and National Public Administration (RANEPA), attached to the President of the Russian Federation, the Course “Digital Transformation for Governance” concluded today, organized online training of joint between the Higher School of State and Government Cadres (ESCEG) and that prestigious homologous institution.
The following seminars were given:
November 15, 2021: Seminar “Digital Economy of the Russian Federation”, by Elena Ermolaeva, PhD in Economics, associate professor of the Department of State Regulation of the Economy of IPACS RANEPA.
November 18, 2021: Seminar "Digital transformation, new markets and management systems", by experts Elena Kireeva, Doctor of Law, Dean of the Faculty of Personnel Management and Public Function, Head of the Department of Legal Support of the Service State and Municipal Council of IPACS RANEPA and Maxim Prokoshin, PhD in Law, Director of the Effective Public Administration Program of IPACS RANEPA and member of the Center for Studies on Public Finance and Tax Law in Central and Eastern Europe.
November 29, 2021: Seminar “Electronic government. Experiences in the Russian Federation ”, by Ruslan Korchagin, PhD in Technical Sciences, Acting Director of IPACS RANEPA.
December 2, 2021: Seminar “Digital Government. Experiences in the Russian Federation ”, by Konstantin Nosachev, Professor of the Department of Computing and Applied Mathematics, RANEPA expert in state digital processes and electronic government program systems, responsible for IT projects, for the public and business sectors.

Today, the closing ceremony of the Course was held and the certificates were delivered to 123 participants, belonging to institutions throughout the country: in addition to members of the Board of Directors, specialists and professors of the ESCEG, they received the certificates , representatives of various ministries, state bodies, national entities, institutes, universities, research centers, branch schools, business groups, companies, among others, as well as the National Innovation Council.
The closing remarks of the virtual exchange were given, on the Cuban side, by Dr. C. Mercedes Delgado Fernández, Rector of ESCEG and, on the Russian side, by Ruslan Korchagin, Acting Director of the Institute of Public Administration and Service Civil (IPACS), PhD in Technical Sciences.
