Teachers from the Higher School of State and Government Cadres participate in the preparation of directors of the Esmeralda municipality in the Province of Camagüey.

Within the framework of the National Project of Science, Technology and Innovation "Strengthening of prospective capacities for the planning of territorial development in Cuba" belonging to the National Program "Local Development in Cuba", the preparation and improvement of 22 directors of the Esmeralda Municipality of Camaguey province. In this preparation, concepts, methodological tools and scientific methods of strategic prospective were taught by Dr. C. Lydia María Garrigó Andreu and Dr. C. Martín I. Barrios Rivera from ESCEG, headed by Dr. C. Josefina Torres Mora, head of the project and president of the ANEC of Camagüey. A valuable experience in favor of the strategic projection of that territory.
