The Higher School of State and Government Cadres(ESCEG) and the Shanghai Institute of Administration have exchanged experiences and strengthen collaboration. They met at the ESCEG on December 10 and 11. Rectors of both institutions were present, as well as Vice-rectors and professors. They developed conferences and project the activities of the present year.
