The Superior School of State and Government Cadres continues Training in Strategic Foresight and Balanced Scorecard

Taught by professors De. C. Lydia Garrigó Andreu and Dr. C. Mercedes Delgado Fernández, Rector of the Higher School of State and Government Staff, continued this Saturday, August 23, with training in strategic prospective and the of integral command with deputy directors representative of the AZCUBA business group in the CNCA. Participating with us are Noel, the Vice President of the Group and the Director of Staff Guillermo Barrios Viciedo Progress shows that it is possible to design strategies rigorously. They apply MICMAC and even scenarios are designed. The session serves as a guide to continue training with a view to presenting at the end of November the 57 new companies in the sector their strategies for 2030, indicators, goals for 2022, 2026 and 2030. The strategic actions will be linked to the prioritized measures for the sector.
