Students majoring in Public Administration visit ICS Cuba

The Institute of Social Communication (ICS Cuba) welcomed students enrolled in the 10th edition of the Postgraduate Specialization in Public Administration at the Higher School of State and Government Staff, as part of the Social Communication course. The welcome was delivered by the Director of Institutional Communication, Berta Mojena Milián, and the First Vice President, Onelio Castillo Corderi, who held a fruitful discussion about the institute's implementation process, its main results, and challenges. Two lectures were then given by Dr. Hilda Saladrigas Medina, National Award winner for Social Communication and ESCEG faculty member, and Anamaris Solorzano, General Director of Organizational and Community Communication, on the social communication system and the implementation process of the Social Communication Law, which will come into effect in 2024. The students then exchanged with the institute's Branch School and toured Radio Reloj and the Caribe Channel, and witnessed the live broadcast of the midday newscast. The visit provided a space for learning and commitment, where the challenges generated by the communication dynamics of this important organization were evident, always ensured through the use of science and innovation.
