Structures of cadres subordinate to the Government of the Capital are trained in the ESCEG

In the week that concludes, a seminar aimed at the structures of cadres subordinate to the Government of Havana, on the Decree Law, was held at the facilities of the Higher School of State and Government Staff (ESCEG) and complying with all sanitary hygiene measures. 13/2020 “Work System with State and Government Tables and their reserves” of the Council of State and Presidential Decree 208/2021 “Regulation of the Work System with State and Government Tables and their reserves”. Both regulations were published in the Ordinary Official Gazette No. 30 of March 19, 2021. The preparation was in charge of the Head of the Directorate of the State and Government Staff, Miguel Mario Cabrera Castellanos and was assisted by the School staff Superior of State and Government cadres and its rector Dra.C. Mercedes Delgado Fernández.
The purpose of Decree Law 13/2020 is to establish the basic rules for the application and control of the Work System with Tables and reserves, while Presidential Decree 208/2021 provides the regulation that establishes the organizational elements, rules and regulations. procedures for the better application of the Work System with the Tables and their reserves. At the meeting, the analyzes corresponding to each document were carried out, which will contribute to the correct implementation of the Work System with the Tables and reserves of each institution represented there.
