Dr. Mercedes Delgado Fernández, Rector of the Higher School of State and Government Staff, participated in the Western Region Social Impact Workshop. The Ministry of Higher Education and the universities of the Western Region share experiences and project greater impacts on the communities and society, the universities thinking and acting as a country.
