The Rector of the ESCEG visits the University of Oriente

A fruitful exchange was held by Dr. C. Mercedes Delgado Fernández, Rector of the Higher School of State and Government Cadres at the Universidad de Oriente from May 15 to 18 with the Directorate of Cadre Preparation and Improvement, its director and group of professors including the faculty of the University and the CUM Municipal University Councils). She valued the delivery of the Diplomas and courses for public administration and business system cadres and other organizational forms of preparation, as well as the updating of content. She also presented the Conference "Government management model oriented towards innovation and generic competencies of the cadres" to the cadres and professors of the University, including the faculty that prepares the cadres of the territory. She held an exchange with the Director of cadres of the province and the joint trainer with the Director of Preparation and Overcoming of cadres and the Director of Human Resources of the university. Other exchanges were held with the Vice Chancellor for Research and Postgraduate Studies and the Director of International Relations, with whom it was possible to share and visit the beautiful and heroic City of Santiago de Cuba. This week became an important space for strengthening the collaboration between both universities and the projection of new joint goals, including doctoral thesis tutoring.
