The Rector of the Higher School of State and Government Cadres (ESCEG), Dr. C. Mercedes Delgado Fernández, presents the Conference on the "Government management model oriented towards innovation and generic competencies of cadres" at the Apudes2023 Congress at the Branch School of the National Institute of Sports, Physical Education and Recreation "INDER" and signs a collaboration agreement with its Director, M. Sc. Reynier Olivera Matos.
