Dr. C. Mercedes Delgado Fernández, Rector of the Higher School of State and Government Staff, participated in the scientific event "Science at the Service of Commerce". Commercial technical workshop 2022. Within the framework of this important activity, Dr. Mercedes Delgado Fernández gave a conference on: The Management of innovation with prospective and Balanced Scorecard. At the conclusion of the conference, an instrument was applied to the companies of the trade in relation to: competencies of the cadres, generic strategies, objectives and sources of innovation and factors that hinder it. In another important moment of the event, comrade Frei Betto made a speech on food sovereignty and nutritional education.
