The Rector of the ESCEG gives training on innovation to the LABIOFAM Business Group

On November 16, the Rector of the Higher School of State and Government Cadres, Dr. C. Mercedes Delgado Fernández, gave training on Innovation to more than 60 cadres and reserves of the Insurance and Services Company of the Business Group LABIOFAM. In the training, he addressed the quality and innovation management cycles, the innovation-oriented government management model, the comprehensive innovation diagnostic tools, the quality and innovation management standards, the concept and types of innovation ( organizational, processes, products and services), the innovation project, the management cycle plan-do-verify-act, indicators of effectiveness and efficiency of innovation. The management of the Company and the Base Business Units exemplified how ideas were able to generate value. The exchange was very satisfactory as a space for learning and the generation of capacities and culture in innovation.
