Recognition of workers from the Escuela Superior de Cuadros del Estado y del Gobierno in the framework of the activities for Educator's Day

Within the framework of the activities that take place in the educator's day, educators with relevant results in their professional performance are recognized. On this occasion, they were awarded the First Degree Frank País Order, the Distinction for Cuban Education and the Distinction "Rafael María de Mendive" to a group of teachers of well-deserved professional prestige.The Frank País order was instituted by Law No. 17 of the National Assembly of Popular Power that establishes the System of Decorations and Honorary Titles of the Republic of Cuba and for such purposes, the Council of State, in use of the powers assigned to it conferred, approved Decree Laws No. 30 of 1979 and No. 53 of 1982 where the Orders, Medals, Distinctions and Honorary Titles that can be granted by virtue of compliance with the requirements that are regulated for each one of them are established.

Teachers receive the Frank País First Grade Order.

DISTINCTION FOR CUBAN EDUCATION
WHEREAS: The Distinction "For Cuban Education" is granted to Cuban and foreign citizens in recognition of the merits achieved for the work carried out in promoting the educational work of the country and who maintain an exemplary attitude and consistent with the revolutionary principles.

Whereas: The Council of State of the Republic of Cuba, through Law 17 of the System of Decorations and Honorary Titles in its Article 17 empowers the CTC and its National Unions, to propose the creation and granting of Decorations, Titles Honorifics and Distinctions.
Whereas: The National Union of Education, Science and Sports Workers, using the powers conferred on them:
They resolve:
To impose the "Rafael María de Mendive" Distinction on 3 workers who for more than 15 years have dedicated the best of their lives to the beautiful work of educating and who have had an exemplary conduct in accordance with the revolutionary principles, whose names are attached in this resolution: They are:
