Officials from the Embassy of the Russian Federation in the Republic of Cuba receive ESCEG directors and IPACS RANEPA students

From October 7 to 11, 2024, the Public Administration Training Program in Cuba is taught by the Higher School of State and Government Staff (ESCEG) for students of the Institute of Public Service and Administration of the Russian Presidential Academy of Economy and Public Administration (IPACS RANEPA). This Program is part of the implementation of the Memorandum of Cooperation signed in September 2019, between the ESCEG and the Russian counterpart academy.
The visiting delegation and ESCEG directors held a meeting with officials from the Embassy of the Russian Federation in the Republic of Cuba. 
At the meeting, the ties of friendship between both countries and the consolidation of the link between ESCEG and RANEPA were highlighted.
