New postgraduate specialists graduate from the Higher School of State and Government Cadres (ESCEG)

With the presence of Miguel Mario Cabrera Castellanos, head of the Directorate of State and Government Cadres, and Dr. Mercedes Delgado Fernández, Rector of the Higher School of Cadres, this Friday morning, coinciding with Cuban Press Day, 27 students graduated from the ninth edition of the Public Administration and Business Management Specialization program at this postgraduate higher education center. The Higher School of Cadres extended congratulations and a hug from the Cuban Post Office employees. The occasion was an opportune moment to recognize journalists Talía González Pérez and Rafaela Vázquez Arocha, representing all press workers in Cuba, and to commemorate the 133rd anniversary of the founding of the newspaper Patria by José Martí. Representing the students were Raidel Santana Delgado and Amanda Arencibia Vega, graduates with degrees in Public Administration and Business Administration and Management, respectively. They shared their satisfaction with the knowledge they had acquired, the ongoing training they received, the faculty at the center, the tools they learned, and the revolutionary ethic they had fostered during the 10 months of these postgraduate programs. Closing the event, the center's rector expressed the great satisfaction with this new graduating class, which brings the total number of graduates to 313 in the Postgraduate Specialties taught since 2012 at the Higher School of State and Government Cadres. She expressed the new graduates' commitment to continuing what they have learned and supporting the economic and social challenges of the Revolution.
