Master's thesis defense at ESCEG

On May 4, the thesis defenses were held to opt for the Master's degree in Management for women workers, Ing. Michelle Acosta, presenting "Design of the ESCEG Technological Observatory", tutored by Dr.C. Mercedes Delgado Fernández and Dr.C. Jose Miguel Valdes Portal; and Lic. Daylin Rosales, presenting "Design of the ESCEG Procedures Manual", tutored by Dr.C. Mercedes Delgado Fernández and Dr.C. Ana Gloria Navarro Penton. The court was made up of professors from the Center for the Study of Management Techniques (CETDIR), Dr.C. Ernesto Hernández, Dr.C. Ana Teresa Molina and Dr.C. Marta Beatriz Infante Abreu. In the exhibitions, everything related to the issues addressed was explained and questions were asked by the court and those present at the exhibition. The speakers demonstrated at all times fluency and mastery of the topic presented. Both obtained a score of 5 points, congratulations and recommendations to move forward towards the doctoral study.
