The IV edition of the Training for the quarry of fundamental positions begins at the ESCEG

On May 29, the 4th edition of the Training of the fundamental positions quarry begins at the Higher School of State and Government Cadres, with 12 main cadres as students. From May 29 to June 3 they receive intensive preparation at the ESCEG. The Head of the Directorate of State and Government Cadres, Miguel Mario Cabrera Castellanos, and the Rector, Dr. C. Mercedes Delgado Fernández, participated in the inauguration. During the week they receive training on topics such as: Government management model oriented towards innovation and generic competencies of cadres, digital transformation and law of social communication, Constitution of the Republic of Cuba. structure of the Cuban State, principles of organization and operation of the organs of the State, legislative schedule. Legal system, public policies, design, evaluation and interpretation of legal norms, Government information system, Balanced Scorecard and Control Boards of government management, Internal Control System, Organization and government planning, strategic prospective, strategy for the application of the policy of cadres 8th PCC Congress and foundations of Marxism-Leninism, perception of security in the cadres of the Party, State and Government and confrontation with subversion. They work in teams of 3 students who define the works that they will defend as innovation projects after 6 weeks, of which during 4 weeks they participate in the activities of the central government and in the fifth week with the municipal management teams.
