Organized jointly by the Higher School of State and Government Cadres (ESCEG) and the Russian Academy of Economics and National Public Administration (RANEPA), attached to the President of the Russian Federation and, protected by the Memorandum of Cooperation, for the training in the fields of public administration and companies, signed in September 2019, between ESCEG and RANEPA, continues today the day of round tables, which includes the delivery of 4 virtual exchanges, by Russian and Cuban academics and experts. The second Round Table is held today under the title: "Modern trends in the digitization of the financial market in Russia and Cuba." The virtual appointment is attended by 33 participants. 24 for Cuba and 9 for Russia. For Cuba, the following participated as experts: Beatriz Milián Sardiñas, General Director of the Central Bank of Cuba; Rosa María Abrante Fouz, Director of Payment Systems of the Central Bank of Cuba; Dayamis Ohilsa Muñoz Riverón, General Director of Economic Policies of the Central Bank of Cuba; José Carlos del Toro Ríos, Director of Financial and Accounting Investigations of the Ministry of Finance and Prices and Greicher La Nuez Gambino, General Director of Payment Systems RED S.A. The virtual exchange was also attended by members of the Board of Directors, specialists and professors from the ESCEG, as well as representatives of MINCEX and the Defense Information Technology Company (Xetid). From the Russian academy, the following participated as experts: Andrey Filippov, Deputy Director of International Cooperation, Autonomous Non-Profit Organization "Digital Economy"; Mikhail Dubtsov, Director of Digital Transformation of the Center for Digital Development of the Agency for Strategic Initiatives; Ilya Marochenkov, Portfolio Manager PFL Advisors; Ekaterina Karelina, Independent Consultant, Professor of IPACS RANEPA and representative of the Sector for Interdisciplinary Studies of the Institute of Physics of the Russian Academy of Sciences and Mikhail Ipatov, 3rd year student of the Department of Civil Service and Cadres of the Faculty of Cadre Management and Civil Service, IPACS RANEPA. The bonds of friendship and collaboration between the Higher School of State and Government Cadres (ESCEG) and the Russian Academy of Economics and National Public Administration (RANEPA), attached to the President of the Russian Federation, continue to strengthen.
