It takes place at the ESCEG Round Table "Formation of innovation ecosystems: development of technoparks, technopolises and clusters"

Covered in the Memorandum of Cooperation, for training in the fields of public administration and business, signed in September 2019, between the Higher School of State and Government Cadres (ESCEG) and the Russian Academy of Economics and Public Administration National (RANEPA), attached to the President of the Russian Federation, the Round Table "Formation of innovation ecosystems: development of technoparks, technopolises and clusters" is being held today. This is the last of the 4 virtual exchanges that are taking place this week , organized jointly by the two academic institutions. The virtual appointment had 45 participants, 37 from Cuba and 8 from Russia. For Cuba, the following participated as experts: Yoandy Lazo Alvarado, Director of Technological Development of the Ministry of Communications; Rafael Luis Torralbas Ezpeleta, Director of the Science and Technology Park of Havana; Iván Padrón Díaz, Director of the Center for Technological Applications and Nuclear Development (CEADEN), belonging to the Ministry of Science, Technology and Environment; Adolfo José Castillo Vitlloch, Vice Director of the BioCubaFarma Office in Moscow; Alexi Massó Muñoz, Head of the Blockchain Group of the Institute of Cryptography of the University of Havana; Welner Collejo Jerez, Deputy Director of the National Office for the Control of the Rational Use of Energy (ONURE) of the Ministry of Energy and Mines (MINEM); Carlos Alberto Fernández Cairó, Head of the Department for Analytical Solutions of the Company for the Development of Applications, Technologies and Systems (DATYS); Lourdes Aintzane Delgado Corrons, Policy Expert at the Central Bank of Cuba and Lesly Nuñez Jarrosay, Senior Specialist at the Defense Information Technology Company (XETID). The virtual exchange was also attended by members of the Board of Directors, specialists and professors from the ESCEG, as well as representatives of the Central Bank of Cuba; Ministry of Foreign Trade and Foreign Investment (MINCEX); Defense Information Technology Company (XETID); Company for the Development of Applications, Technologies and Systems (DATYS); Technological Science Park of Havana; BioCubaFarma, Office of the Historian of the city of Havana and Palace of the Revolution. For the Russian academy, the following participated as experts: Anna Airiyants, Head of the Project Office of the Technopark “Academpark”, Denis Kuvikov, Director of "SafeNet" "Saint Petersburg Technopark"; Muna Batchaeva, General Manager of Technopark “Kalibr”; Adelina Kovalenko, 1st year student of the Faculty of State and Municipal Administration of IPACS RANEPA; Anna Novikovay, Senior Analyst at the Association of Clusters, Technology Parks and Special Economic Zones of Russia and Ksenia Kachan, IPACS RANEPA student. Collaboration is strengthened, for the preparation of cadres, between the Russian Academy of Economics and National Public Administration (RANEPA), attached to the President of the Russian Federation and the Higher School of State and Government Cadres (ESCEG).
