Friday, October 11, 2024

The training developed within the framework of the Memorandum of Cooperation signed in September 2019, with the Russian Academy of Economics and National Public Administration (RANEPA), attached to the President of the Russian Federation, successfully concludes.
From October 7 to 11, 2024, the Public Administration Training Program in Cuba is taught by the Higher School of State and Government Staff (ESCEG) for students of the Institute of Public Service and Administration of the Russian Presidential Academy of Economy and Public Administration (IPACS RANEPA).
As part of the Program, IPACS RANEPA students presented international collaboration projects in Cuba-Russia Public Administration.
Cooperation relations between both academic institutions are consolidated. The collaboration developed with RANEPA has allowed exchanges between Cuban and Russian experts from various sectors of the public and business administration of both countries, which have been developed in various formats: courses, seminars, conferences and round tables, and have been supported on virtual platforms. The exchange of relevant materials, such as regulations, documents and legislation, linked to the topics of the exchanges developed, has also been encouraged, as well as the publication of articles in the Cuban Journal of Public and Business Administration of the ESCEG.
