Integrator Workshop of the II Edition of the Diploma in Public and Business Administration

Today, June 1, the 32 works corresponding to the II Edition of the Diploma in Public and Business Administration are presented in 7 courts, of the 34 cadres that participate in this preparation of cadres at the Higher School of State and Government Cadres (ESCEG). . In this workshop, the diagnosis of the problem to be solved or the opportunity to be taken advantage of is presented, with tools such as the cause-effect diagram, innovation and expert surveys on the influence of the causes on the effect, the analysis of the data on the subject and the financial reasons of the company or the execution of the budget of the public administration entity, the strategic prospective with the use of the MICMAC. The scientific problem and the general and specific objectives are clarified, as well as the path or alternative solutions. The exchange with the members of the Tribunal and among the students themselves constitutes an opportunity.
