Integrative Workshop of the Doctoral Program "Organizational Management"

On June 30th, the Integrative Workshop for the doctoral program "Organizational Management" was held, with doctoral candidate Omara Aldama López presenting the results of her doctoral research. The objective of this integrative workshop was to determine the doctoral candidate's authorization to submit the pre-defense proposal, based on the evaluation of a completed version of their thesis. It was held in a scientific session attended by members of the program faculty, doctoral candidates, and other invited specialists. It was organized and developed by the research line "Governance and Business Management," under the supervision of the doctoral committee. A panel of three members from the research line was appointed, and at the conclusion of the doctoral candidate's presentation, several faculty members made comments and contributed. The presented thesis is entitled "Methodology for Obtaining Dashboards and Balanced Scorecards for Governance Management Based on Science and Innovation," whose advisors are Dr. C. Mercedes Delgado Fernández and Dr. C. Miguel Díaz-Canel Bermúdez. The decision made at the Integrative Workshop was to authorize the pre-defense group to submit the new version of the thesis within 90 days of the workshop, June 30.
