Institute of Public Administration visits the Higher School of State and Government Cadres and signs MoU

On November 20, a delegation from the Party School of the Hubei Provincial Committee of the Communist Party of China (Hubei Provincial School of Administration), led by Mr. Zhao, visits the Higher School of State and Government Cadres (ESCEG). Bin, Executive Vice President, who gives a few words of welcome and makes an intervention about his institution, missions and results achieved. The Rector of the ESCEG, Dr. C. Mercedes Delgado Fernández also welcomes and gives a conference on the training of managers in the fulfillment of the mission and emphasizes collaboration with the People's Republic of China.

Two other professors from the institution of the People's Republic of China give the lectures:

1-“The cultural background and global importance of the thought of socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era.” Li Shanshan, Dean of the School of Marxism.

2-"Promote the Belt and Road cooperation initiative and a community with a shared future for humanity." Hao Huayong, Director of the Department of Economics and Economic Management.

More than 30 participated in the conferences given, including managers and professors of the ESCEG, in addition to students who are managers who are taking or have taken preparation at the institution. In turn, the Vice-Rectors Dr. C. Ana Gloria Navarro Pentón and M. Sc. Lisi Campos Chaurero were present for the ESCEG delegation. Finally, the Memorandum of Understanding was signed between the two institutions of Cuba and China, representing the Cuban side, the official of the Cuban Communist Party, Albert Panton, and Zhu Yutao, Director of Academic Affairs, for the Hubei delegation.
