The President of the Group Justo Luis Fuentes Díaz, the Chief of cadres and other main cadres participate. The Directorate of cadres of the Ministry also attends. The dictionary of competencies and the profile file have been prepared. Each cadre with its management team will prepare profiles during the month of January and the tools for alignment with the vision, strategic objectives, and legal regulations will be applied.
