The Higher School of State and Government Staff represented at the Technological University of Aguas Calientes in the brother country of Mexico

PhD Marlenys Martínez Clapé, General Secretary of the Higher School of State and Government Cadres, is doing a Postdoctoral stay at the Technological University of the State of Aguascalientes in Mexico. The space has been conducive to exchanges with the main authorities of the University, with researchers, experts and teachers on such important topics as the preparation of cadres, doctoral training, the school-business link and open access scientific journals.
In other spaces she has exchanged with the Director of the Higher Education Institutions (IES) in the State, Dr. Francisco Rangel, as well as the representative of research activity in the universities; also with directors of companies and research centers.
In all activities, an atmosphere of professionalism, respect and recognition of the work carried out by Cuban professionals anywhere in the world has reigned.
The actions developed will allow the establishment of strategic alliances between the Higher School of State and Government Staff (ESCEG) and the Technological University of Aguascalientes (UTA) in the future.
