The Higher School of State and Government Cadres and the Zhejiang University of International Studies Sign Memorandum of Understanding

On October 20, 2024, the Rector of the Higher School of State and Government Cadres, Mercedes Delgado Fernández, signs a Memorandum of Understanding with the Rector of the Zhejiang University of International Studies, Zhang Huanzhou, which facilitates international educational exchange and participation in joint academic and educational activities and projects and provides opportunities for institutional improvement and intercultural understanding.
