The Higher School of State and Government Cadres and the Hebei University of International Studies Sign Memorandum of Understanding

On October 16, 2024, the Rector of the Higher School of State and Government Cadres, Mercedes Delgado Fernández, signs a Memorandum of Understanding with the Rector of the Hebei University of International Studies, Sun Jianzhong that facilitates international educational exchange and participation in joint academic and educational activities and projects and provides opportunities for institutional improvement and intercultural understanding.
For two days, Rector Mercedes, together with a delegation of two other Rectors from the universities of Matanzas and Moa, together with representatives of the Ministry of Higher Education of Cuba, was able to visit the facilities of the Hebei University of International Studies and exchange with managers, teachers and students. They were accompanied by Vice Chancellor Yang Zhen. 
The Cuban delegation was able to appreciate the comprehensive training of the students and the constructive, cultural and technological capabilities of the Hebei University of International Studies, with rooms dedicated to intelligent governance with powerful servers, connected with intelligent systems and screens in classrooms and facilities and the use of Artificial Intelligence, Big Data and Blockchain.
