The Higher School of State and Government Cadres and the Beijing Institute of Technology sign a collaboration agreement

On October 14, the Rector of the Higher School of State and Government Cadres, Mercedes Delgado Fernández, visits the Beijing Institute of Technology (BIT), as part of the delegation of Rectors of Higher Education of Cuba.
