On October 29, 2024, the Rector of the Higher School of State and Government Staff (ESCEG), Mercedes Delgado Fernández, signed a Memorandum of Understanding with Sun Zhongheel, Rector of the Academy for International Business Officials (AIBO), of the Ministry of Commerce of the People's Republic of China (MOFCOM). that facilitate international educational exchange and participation in joint academic and educational activities and projects and provide opportunities for institutional improvement and intercultural understanding.
