As part of the teaching process, the 6th edition of the Diploma in Public and Business Administration will conduct three important best practice visits during the months of March and April to institutions recognized for their results in fulfilling their missions and objectives in the fields of public and business administration.
On March 19, they will visit the Hotel Nacional de Cuba, always led by its General Director, Luis Miguel Díaz Sánchez. They will highlight the methods they use to achieve high quality of service, the importance placed on human resources, financial management, and digital transformation.

On April 2, the students exchanged views with the Deputy Attorney General of the Republic, Reinaldo Cruz Rivera, on best practices at the Attorney General's Office. They learned about the work of this body, derived from the fulfillment of its constitutional mission and the implementation of strategies that respond to the three pillars of government management: science and innovation, social communication, and digital transformation. Cruz Rivera highlighted the research work carried out to determine competency profiles and their interrelation with the integrated quality management system. They also toured the Citizen Service and Information Technology and Communications departments.

On April 25, the students visited the GEOCUBA Business Group and its High-Tech Company, delving into good business management practices through the application of science and innovation, the use of artificial intelligence, and the use of drones for the country's economic development. This activity was coordinated and developed by General Manager Orlando Marzo Lobaina and the Group's Director of Human Capital, Amanda Arencibia Vega. Both are ESCEG graduates who will soon register their doctoral programs.
