The Automotive Transport Business Group (GEA) welcomed faculty and students from the 10th edition of the Graduate Specialization in Business Administration and Management, taught at the Higher School of State and Government Executives (ESCEG), to discuss the results and challenges of communication management in business organizations. The participants were welcomed by GEA General Director Oscar Carvajal Serrano, who thanked them for their visit and provided an overview of the group's work. Walter Luis Duvergel, deputy director of the group and an ESCEG graduate, led the discussion on "Good Practices in Institutional Communication at GEA," under the theme "Connecting Roads, Conveying Trust." The executive reviewed the work carried out before and after the implementation of Law 162 on Social Communication. The debate recognized the business group's collaborative work in addressing communication management, closely aligned with the ministry's communication policies, the objective and organized use of social media, the development and implementation of the group's communication guiding documents, and delved into the communication model that distinguishes them as an organization. The link they make between communication activities and responding to people's complaints and requests was also highlighted to those present. Students and faculty recognized the work carried out by GEA and highlighted the best practices adopted in the communication management process for the business sector.
