Fruitful conference held between ESCEG and the National Academy of Public Administration of Vietnam (NAPA)
On October 7, a fruitful Videoconference was held between the National Academy of Public Administration of Vietnam (NAPA), with the presence of its President, Dr.C. Dan Xuan Hon and the Higher School of Cadres of the State and the Government (ESCEG) with its Rector, Dr. C. Mercedes Delgado Fernández to strengthen collaboration through the Memorandum signed between both institutions in June 2019. Also participate the Ambassador of Cuba in Vietnam, Lianys Torres Rivera and other members of the Embassy, as well as directors of both Academies. Among the topics addressed are the projection of joint actions in the field of preparing cadres, officials and teachers from both countries, the exchange of experiences in teaching methods, the determination of training needs and the assessment of impacts of the preparation of pictures. They also agree on actions related to scientific research and the publication of articles in the NAPA State Management Journal and the ESCEG's Cuban Journal of Public and Business Administration.
