In a pleasant atmosphere, the First Secretary of the Provincial Committee of the Party in Havana, Luis Antonio Torres Iribar, and its Governor, Reynaldo García Zapata, exchanged with the students who are studying at the Higher School of State and Government Cadres, the third edition of the Training to the quarry of fundamental positions.

The meeting was a propitious space to update the students on the main actions carried out by the Party and the Government of Havana, to face the current situation in the economic, political and social order. The projections and strategic objectives of the capital had special significance as part of the exchange, among which food production and the development of the business sector stand out; based on the potential of the province and that require reaching higher levels of efficiency with the use of science and innovation.

Having prepared cadres, committed to the revolution, to the PCC and to our socialist social project is, according to Torres Iribar, one of our great strengths.
