First Forum of Leaders in Public and Business Administration of the CILAPE Convention 2026

The First Forum of Leaders in Public and Business Administration featured presentations by the Attorney General of the Republic of Cuba, Yamila Peña Ojeda; the Minister of Finance and Prices, Vladimir Regueiro Ale; the Deputy Head of the National Office of Statistics and Information (ONEI), Mercedes Hilda González Guilarte; the Director of the National Institute of Public Administration, Dominican Republic, Gregorio Montero; the Director of the National School of Public Administration, Brazil, Betania Lemos; and Dmitry Novik, Director of the International Projects Center of the Russian Presidential Academy of National Economy and Public Administration (RANEPA) in St. Petersburg. The Forum was moderated by the Rector of ESCEG, Dr. Mercedes Delgado Fernández.
