ESCEG at the XX Scientific Convention of Engineering and Architecture CCIA 2022

In the XX Scientific Convention of Engineering and Architecture CCIA 2022, which was held from November 28 to December 2, the Higher School of State and Government Cadres (ESCEG) involved five professors with various presentations. This event is organized by the José Antonio Echeverría Technological University of Havana (CUJAE), and meets at the Havana Convention Center, under the motto "Engineering and architecture for a sustainable future", within the framework of the activities from the university for its 58th anniversary.

The Rector of the ESCEG, Dr. C. Mercedes Delgado Fernández, inaugurates the Round Table on Science and Innovation in the energy sector, with a presentation entitled: Government management model oriented towards innovation", as part of the activities of the III International Symposium on Distributed Generation (SIGEDI 2022). He also presents the paper "Business innovation management methodology" at the XI Symposium on Industrial and Related Engineering and within this at the VI Business Computing Workshop (TIE-2022). In the same way, she is co-author, in this Symposium, of the works: "Contribution to the optimization of human capital through innovation in human and knowledge management processes" presented by Dr. C. Armando Cuesta Santos at the XI International Workshop on Human Resources (RRHH) in which another ESCEG professor, the MSC, is co-author. Maria de los Angeles Linares Borrell. Another work in which the Rector of the ESCEG participates as co-author is the "Integration of business data in the EMCI" presented by Dr. C. Mavis Lis Stuart Cárdenas at the VI Workshop on business computing. The Rector of the ESCEG also participates in the delivery of the Doctor Honoris Causa, Guest Professor and CUJAE Seal awards to prominent personalities from other countries who have contributed significantly to the house of higher studies.

In the VI Business Informatics Workshop (TIE-2022) they present the work: "Proposals for the training of professionals in business analytics at the Technological University of Havana" by ESCEG professors: José A. Díaz Batista, Arturo Bofill Placeres and Marta R. Abreu Bosch, as well as CUJAE professor Marta B. Infante Abreu.

The Convention was another opportunity to strengthen the ties between the ESCEG and the CUJAE, which systematically collaborate in common missions for the preparation and improvement of the cadres of the country's business system.
