ESCEG visits Shandong Governance Academy

On December 14, a delegation from the Shandong Academy of Governance visits the Higher School of State and Government Cadres (ESCEG), chaired by its Vice President, Mr. Gao Shangrui, and is received by the Rector Dr. C. Mercedes Delgado Fernández. Both address the words to the representatives of said management training institutions. In their words, they highlight the fruitful collaboration developed since 2016, which led to the signing of the Memorandum of Cooperation in November 2019, and at the same time, since 2020 to date, 5 virtual exchanges have been carried out, with the participation of experts and academics from the People's Republic of China and the Republic of Cuba, on relevant topics such as: Belt and Road, foreign investment, cadre preparation system and selection, training and evaluation of cadres by competencies. At the meeting, new goals were projected in training seminars for staff and teachers for 2024 and the convenience of developing joint research projects. Also present by the ESCEG were the Vice-Rector, Dr. C. Ana Gloria Navarro Pentón, the head of staff and the international relations specialist. Also present at the Shandong Governance Academy were Zhang Chuanhe, Dean and Professor of the Department of Marxist Ideology, and Wang Qingde, Dean and Professor of the Department of Scientific Socialism.
