ESCEG presents work project to the Government of Havana

With the aim of exposing the joint work project between the Higher School of State and Government Cadres (ESCEG) and the Directorate of Cadres of the Government of Havana, the vice-rector of the center Dr.C Bárbara Susana Sánchez Vignau, was invited to participate in the commission of cadres of the province, chaired by Governor Reynaldo García Zapata and Vice Governor Yanet Hernández and with the participation of municipal mayors and coordinators of the Provincial Government.
At the meeting, attention to the preparation and improvement activities for cadres and reserves in the year was addressed in a special way, a task that, in the opinion of the director of the provincial body, Lazara Argudín Hernández, requires all the attention and support, given the complexities of the issue in the territory and the need to provide timely responses to the assigned tasks, with greater efficiency and quality. The vice-rector of the ESCEG commented that the preparation and improvement project will be aimed at generating capacities in the management teams of the Boyeros, Regla, Cotorro and Habana del Este municipalities and that it will begin with the development of a Methodological Workshop, to be held in the ESCEG, to define the topics to be developed in the preparation activities and the work schedule in each municipality.
