ESCEG prepares directors and delegates of the Cotorro municipality

On November 2, the Rector of the Higher School of State and Government Staff, Dr. C. Mercedes Delgado Fernández, socializes the generic skills of the staff and applies the self-evaluation instrument to directors of the Municipal Assembly of People's Power, members of the Municipal Administration Council and delegates of the Cotorro municipality.
