ESCEG prepares the Board of Directors of the Attorney General's Office in the generic skills of the cadres

The Rector of the Higher School of State and Government Cadres, Dr. C. Mercedes Delgado Fernández, develops on December 9 the preparation in the generic skills of the cadres for the Board of Directors of the Attorney General's Office (FGR) , with whom a collaboration agreement has been signed and there is a close link between both institutions. The instrument for self-assessment of competencies is applied, it is agreed to hold a next meeting for the month of January with the board of directors at the ESCEG to prepare the dictionary of competencies and in February with all the directors of the FGR up to the municipal level. to generalize the development of competency profiles throughout the system. This activity was chaired by the Attorney General Yamila Peña Ojeda, a graduate of the Diploma in Public Administration at the ESCEG in 2013, and the 21 directors present from the Board of Directors, the vast majority of whom have also completed training at the State director training institution. and the Government.
