ESCEG participates in XV Diagnostic Workshop of the CCS "Heroes of the Sierra Maestra"

With the presence of the delegate of agriculture in the Boyeros municipality Daniel Portela Paneque, the member of the PCC Bureau that attends the activity of agriculture and other government and agriculture executives, as well as directors and teachers of the ESCEG was developed in composition reduced the XV Diagnostic Workshop of the CCS "Heroes of the Sierra Maestra, located in the Boyeros municipality
The CCS of reference is one of the 20 of the municipality, its social responsibility is the production of fruits mainly and other crops such as citrus fruits, vegetables and grains. It has in its composition professionals from the agricultural branch and farmers with a lot of experience, it has 77 associates, of them 73% are men.
It is a cooperative located in group 3 because it advances and can achieve greater results.
Among the topics discussed in the workshop are the organization and preparation of personnel, productive and economic issues and the link with the community.
As a result of this important activity, a set of actions were proposed that will allow the CCS in the short term to bring its results in terms of productive efficiency to higher standards.
