ESCEG participates in work visits to Branch Schools in the country's capital

Between April 7 and 8, the Higher School of State and Government Charts (ESCEG), participated in scheduled visits to the Branch Schools of Construction (GERCONS), Tourism (FORMATUR) and Accounting, Financial and Financial Studies. Insurance (CECOFIS), in conjunction with the Directorate of State and Government Tables. The meetings held were chaired by Miguel Mario Cabrera Castellanos, head of the Directorate of Staff of the State and Government of the country, accompanied by other officials from this direction and main managers of the Bodies responsible for the schools visited.
The purpose of the exchange was to review the work and projections of the Branch Schools, taking as a basis the demands of the current Cuban context. In the discussions, the directors of the schools visited identified the main strengths at work, and the challenges that must be assumed in the future to fulfill the missions entrusted to them.
Cabrera Castellanos, emphasized on each occasion the role to be played by the Branch Schools in the preparation and improvement of the cadres, especially in the attention to the most executive level. Once again, the importance of preparation for performance, the definition of competencies by positions and the study of knowledge needs, as essential to develop a more efficient and quality teaching work, was ratified.
