ESCEG participates in the preparation of main actors of the agricultural activity of the capital

With the presence of the Minister of Finance and Prices, Meisi Bolaños Weiss, the Governor of Havana, Reynaldo García Zapata and other main leaders of the Party, the Ministry of Agriculture and the Government of the capital, the preparation of the representatives of the different productive forms of agriculture and of the state organisms and institutions of the province, for the implementation of the immediate measures approved by the highest management of the country, to encourage food production. The meeting is part of the actions that the country develops to promote agricultural activity after the approval of 63 measures aimed at improving the sector and which has the producer at the center of attention.
The immediate measures approved are aimed at reducing rates for electricity, water, taxes and benefits in insurance and product marketing, among others. At the Higher School of State and Government Cadres (ESCEG), the vice-rector Barbara Susana Sánchez Vignau and Lisi Campos Chaurero, Head of the Business Direction and Management Teaching Department, attended the training, who also participate in work commissions for the study and diagnosis on the subject.
Those attending the production explained the importance of the implementation of the approved measures and their impact on food production. At the meeting, the country's effort to help agricultural producers was recognized, in the midst of economic and financial complexities derived from the scourge of COVID19 and the unjust US blockade. Similar preparations were made during the week in the municipalities of the country, to train all the productive actors and representatives of government institutions in the territory.
